1、坑槽清理

將待修補(bǔ)的坑槽內(nèi)及四周的碎石、廢渣清理干凈，坑槽內(nèi)不得存有泥漿，冰塊等雜物。市政道路工程的修補(bǔ)，被修補(bǔ)的坑槽應(yīng)整齊的切邊，廢渣的清*要見到固體堅固面為止。

2、填滿坑槽

把足夠的瀝青冷補(bǔ)材料填進(jìn)坑槽內(nèi)，直到填料高出地面l.5cm左右。市政道路修補(bǔ)，其冷補(bǔ)材料的投入量可增加10％或20％左右，填滿后坑槽中*處應(yīng)稍高于四周路面并呈弧形，若路面坑槽深*大于5cm時，應(yīng)分層填補(bǔ)，逐層壓實，每層3—5cm。由于冷補(bǔ)料強(qiáng)度上升略慢，顧不可攤鋪過厚，以免重載飛料。

鋪設(shè)均勻后，根據(jù)實地環(huán)境，修補(bǔ)面積的大小和深*，選擇適當(dāng)?shù)膲簩嵐ぞ吆头椒ㄟM(jìn)行壓實。如人工用鏟背壓實、人力夯、振動平板夯壓實、壓路機(jī)壓實等。普通道路修補(bǔ)壓實度要達(dá)到93％以上，高速路修補(bǔ)壓實度要達(dá)到95％以上。

壓實完成后可在表面均勻撒上一層石屑，并用清掃工具來回清掃，以便石屑填滿表面空隙，增加表面密實性防止雨雪下滲，還可以防止車輪粘走材料顆粒。

修補(bǔ)完的坑槽表面應(yīng)光潔、平整、無輪跡，坑槽四周邊角一定要壓實，無松散現(xiàn)象。
